Giving to LVOC

In
addition to needing trained volunteer tutors to work with adult learners who need
improvement with their basic literacy skills, LVOC also depends on financial support
to continue to serve the Oswego County community.
Giving
Opportunities:
PayPal Secure Online Donations
You can make an donation online using a credit card or your bank information (routing and account number from the bottom of one of your personal checks). Just click on the link below to make your secure online donation. You do not need to have a PayPal account to donate.
Bequests
You
may decide to remember adult literacy in your will. If you would
like to leave LVOC a fixed amount or percentage, you may use the
following language: ”I give and bequeath the (sum of $ or
percentage %) to LVOC, a not for profit organization chartered in
New York and located at 34 East Bridge Street, Suite 301, Oswego, NY 13126.
We
advise that you to consult your attorney before writing or amending
your will.
Events/Sponsorships
LVOC
holds many fund raisers through out the year. Please check our calendar
to find events you might be willing to support by your attendance
or through sponsorship activities.
Matching
Gifts
Many
companies offer employees a matching gift that doubles your gift
to LVOC. Contact your business’s human resources department
to find out if your employer participates in this gift program.
Memorial/In
Honor
You
can make a gift to LVOC in honor or in memory of someone. If you
would like to make a gift of this kind please contact the office

Planned
Giving
Planned
gifts can be given now or later. Some examples are; bequests, custom
